After listening the meditating person should feel a burst of energy and confidence. Meditation tracks can also contain Theta recordings to help produce Theta brainwaves  – which are very powerful in helping a binaural beats listener with creativity and relaxation.

·    Anxiety – Using binaural inducing music for creating a more relaxing state of mind. Studies show that listeners to binaural beat inducing audio for anxiety is a  much safer option and often more effective than sleeping  pills or alcohol.

·    Weight Loss – Permanent weight loss gets realized as a benefit when listeners use their binaural audio listening programs to help them disrupt the attitudes they have. Since obesity is largely a combination of emotional addictions expressed in food consumption, listening to audio programs with binaural beat inducing frequencies can help the listener overcome eating habits, and remain focused on clearing personal problems. The main benefit is the listener begins to see results of their mental training in reduced cravings and weight gain.

·    Prosperity – Financial success is usually attained by hard work and focusing on the multiple tasks at hand. Many financial goals are also achieved by seeing outcomes before they occur, such as in evaluating business prospects and /or making plays in financial trading. Harvard Business Review, a publication that explores the multiple solutions and strategies in today’s business climate, has a whole section on meditation and brain performance.

·    Sleep – Getting a good night’s sleep is probably the most immediate and common problem many people share and often ignore, since it is another difficult state to resolve in today’s stressful world. Binaural beats can help poor sleepers produce deep delta brain waves, which translate into a deep, wonderful sleep – naturally. The only hurdle is getting listeners to be comfortable going to bed with headphones, and if that is an issue there is always the Sleepsonic pillow.

·   Lucid Dreaming – Binaural beat recordings for more lucid dreams can help you take your dream experiences to another level. You’ll be able to remember your dreams more clearly and to analyze what they mean.   Dream Experiences – Have you always wanted to explore the spirit world or dabble in astral projection?  There are binaural beat audio recordings especially designed to take your brainwaves into a mental state that lets you try it out.

  1. Is it true that listening to Hemi Sync in MP3 renders it useless. That we have to hear it in FLAC,WAV or someother format?

  2. Hi David,

I could venture into discussing FLAC and WAV formats as these are known as lossless. However while I’m not technical in understanding the differences in conversion, (ie a byte in MP3 compared to a byte in FLAC which is lossless), the music conversions to MP3 are of high enough sampling rate so the output difference is extremely negligible to human hearing. As such the stereo quality is still preserved, while audio quality is maintained. Here Hemi-Sync process can deliver the frequency differential to produce the desired binaural effect without any known loss of effectiveness to the listener.

Here is a good non-biased article on MP3 versus CD formats: http://www.keithstead.com/and_more/cd_vs_mp3.html
