Binaural Beats for Sleep

Woman Enjoying Binaural Beats on Speaker PillowBinaural beats is a natural process that is triggered by the gentle frequencies blended within Hemi-Sync CDs making them an effective option for sleep that doesn’t have the side effects of sleep enhancement drugs.

Sleep deprivation is a common issue in the modern world, and many people suffer the results of mental stress, immune system and emotional disorders all because their sleep is hindered and not fully restorative due to high levels of mental stress during the day.

Drug companies have built a huge business by providing people with sleep aids that sometimes leave them groggy in the morning and fitful during sleep.

Yet sleeping pills can become ineffective because you can build an immunity to them and no longer achieve a sleep state without using  stronger doses. It’s a cycle that leads to dependency and one that’s difficult to stop once you begin.

Sleep induced by binaural beats is a process that will relax the brain naturally without side effects and when used correctly at bed time, entices the brain into the correct sleep state.

During your listening session, after setting yourself up comfortably with headphones or a sleep speaker pillow, you tune in to your binaural beat recording and you can literally be asleep in as fast as about thirty minutes and wake up totally refreshed the next day.

The more your brainwaves are adapting to the binaural beat process, the greater ease you’ll have sleeping through the night. You’ll soon be able to experience falling to sleep without the help of any type of stimulation.

Other natural techniques for facilitating restorative sleep include breathing techniques such as that taught in Yoga and hypnosis or other techniques.

As already stated many people are stressed by the time they get to bed. It may not always be a “negative” stress – it can also be the excitement of  unexpected events that occur during the day. Both can trip you up a little if the shortened sleep you have throughout the night impedes a productive mental state the following day to make best of a positive momentum in your life.

That’s one reason why binaural beats for sleep is fast becoming the number one natural aid in the country for achieving quick and deep sleep, in addition to being a supportive tool for peak performance. You’ll find numerous products online and some you can download for free.

Usually, binaural beat recordings will facilitate an optimal state of consciousness that’s necessary for sleep, but for some listeners headphones are not an ideal delivery system during bedtime.  Stereo speaker pillows are also an affordable and more comfortable option because they will deliver in stereo the recording to play different frequencies in each ear.

Then, your brain compensates for the difference by creating its own frequency. That frequency following response will be the one that can place you into a deep and desirable sleep state.

If you like taking power naps, binaural beats can provide the ideal environment for that too. Power naps are now used and recognized in businesses as a productive form of relaxation that can recharge your brain and make it easier to concentrate and “think outside the box”.  Some businesses have even used this method for employees to get their power naps if they’re feeling lethargic.

Online you can discover a whole array of binaural beats inducing programs for a long and deep sleep (delta state) and “counting sheep,” which takes you into an even deeper sleep. Most online resources will let you listen to a few samples before making a purchase, and one good place to start is right here at Store.Hemisyncforyou.com.

  1. G’Day! Hemisyncforyou,
    Thanks for that, G’Day! Hemisyncforyou,
Cool Post, We want to plan a vacation this summer for 2 adults and 2 boys that are 17. We have been to Myrtle Beach numerous times and would like to go somewhere different this year. We are from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN….Mrytle Beach is like Pigeon Forge on the beach instead of in the mountains. I am hoping for a beach that is less “touristy” and commercial and more peaceful but still contains activities that the boys would enjoy. Any ideas???
    Cheerio
    Keep up the posts!

  2. You can go North and try Rhode Island or Cape Cod, Massachussets. They have nice beaches in the summer. Even further north is Arcadia Park in Maine. If the boys get too restless during the drive you can put each of them on a Sleepsonic for Kids sleep soother program, that will help to calm them out a little during the drive.
