These are interesting times we live in, indeed.
If the chaos of the modern world could be boiled down to messages and information, which it very well could be – then what if there was a way to put all mass messages in perspective so that there was a faster way to achieving future objectives?
“Getting harmonious with oneself transcends the immediacy of survival, stress, and self image, and it all starts with intention” Says Rich Elder, new sales manager at Hemisyncforyou.com. Rich has traveled extensively, managed small businesses and attended meditation workshops for over 12 years.
Today’s world of messages and information seem to constantly invite realities that challenge harmony and productivity. Yet certain exercises and meditations have the power for attracting and creating better realities, not usually “newsworthy” enough to be on CNN, but triumphant for the lucky individual who has experienced a breakthrough.
Daily Reminders
The tendency in the mass media is to sum things up in statistics, focus on the negative and on violence, draw comparisons between polar opposites and constantly reinforce the drama of success and failure. Those messages, no matter how hardened the recipient is, still have an effect on perception and reality when they are repeatedly broadcast and “consumed”.

Hi Hemisyncforyou,
Thanks you for your post, Most of the hemi-sync recordings are thirty-40mins very long but they are intended to be chosen for slumber. So are they just chosen to information you into the original sleep or are you meant to set them on repeat or anything?!
All the Best
Hi Sally,
Usually the more recently released CDs (released in the last 3 years) are closer to 55 – 65 minutes in length. As for how to use them for sleep, the listener first must choose which CD title they are attracted to and then make an honest effort to get comfortable while listening. It is not always sleep music, or metamusic that can help with sleep, but can be the soothing whooshing sound of layered ambient sounds with Hemi-Sync. Hope that helps.
